CHANGING APPOINTMENTS

Your time and appointments are very important to us. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Please email this request to hello@blissandskin.com. 

NO CALL / NO SHOW

If you’re not able to make your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us beforehand by email at hello@blissandskin.com, 100% of the total cost of the appointment will be charged to the card on file. 

IF YOU FEEL SICK

Please reschedule as soon as possible. Do not try to wait it out until right before your appointment. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event of illness. A late notice of cancellation or rescheduling restricts us from filling your appointment block with another client that needs treatment.
